Why did I receive a crawler error message?

Once a day, our crawler checks whether the current bookings are correctly integrated. When a problem arises, you will receive a message in your customer account (and via email). The email will contain more detailed information about the cause and troubleshooting measures.

The most common causes are the non-availability of the booked website as well as problems with the integrated links.

A crawler errors means that your booking is currently not integrated correctly. You should therefore fix the problem as quickly as possible. After a few days, or in case of recurrence, the Advertiser has the option to cancel the booking. If the Advertiser cancels, you will lose your payment claims for the current service period.
