How do I cancel my customer account?
Of course, we regret losing you as a customer. We would appreciate if you gave us a reason for deleting your account. Please write a brief email to our support team. Please indicate your email address as well as your complete name and address.
Note: customer accounts with current bookings cannot be deleted immediately. Please end all current bookings. Credit granted in the context of bookings cannot be paid out.
