When happens if I can no longer fulfil a booking or nor longer wish to do so?
Once our crawler encounters an error with a booking on a URL, you and the Advertiser will receive notification in your customer accounts and via email. After a few days, the Advertiser will have the possibility to cancel the booking. Because you can no longer fulfil your end of the booking agreement, you will forfeit any payment claims for the remaining service periods.
We therefore ask that you contact our support to discuss your reasons and how to proceed.
